		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m more like 0/0 optimistic about this idea. First of all, it does nothing to prevent women, who vastly are infected with HIV many more times over than men. And how does this idea not discourage men from wearing condoms? If a man does wear one, (every time), there is no need to be circumcised. If he does not, isn&#039;t it only a matter of time before he becomes infected? This idea makes little sense and I think will only be a detrimental waste of time.  ]]></description>
