CapCritFNLSenator Baucus (D-MT), Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, included Senator Stabenow’s (D-MI) amendment to expand Medicaid coverage of family planning services into the Chairman’s Mark, which will revise the Senate Finance Health Reform Bill the Committee began marking up this week. This is a victory for reproductive health advocates and the millions of low-income women that depend on Medicaid for these essential health services. Please take the time to thank Senator Baucus and Senator Stabenow for their leadership increasing access to family planning services.
