Moses Mepukori Tumaine

What actions are you taking to promote and protect the health and rights of women and young people worldwide?

I have founded a campaign, Youth 4 a Better Future Campaign, that promotes youth participation in HIV/AIDS advocacy and combines HIV/AIDS awareness with livelihood development. I am the current campaign project manager and by the end of the campaign period we will have tested 12,000n young people and established at least 100 community based rural enterprises that will engage and inspire young people to live positively.

What is your vision of lasting change for yourself and for the world's young people?

I want to see a world where all children go to school, have food to eat and roofs to live under, where women and young girls live life’s free from violence, where people have access to medical care.

My ideal world for young people is that that empowers people to create meaningful livelihoods, where they are protected under just laws.

If you could tell world leaders one thing, what would it be?

Keep your promises to the youth
