		<description><![CDATA[Fantastic post - this is a subject of great interest to me as I work with an organization that focuses on women&#039;s and children&#039;s rights in the developing world. I&#039;d even say that boys have just as much right to grow up free of a discriminatory mindset as girls have to grow    up free from gender bias. I&#039;d love to re-publish this as a guest post on our blog. Please let me know if that would be okay!
